Our company name of BCS Real Estate Services, Inc. represents the names of co-founders and brothers, Bob Swanson and Chris Swanson. The company also provides mortgage services, and through the bundling of real estate and financing services, offer a rebate of sales commission to our clients through our Buyer Credit Savings program.

We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and customer care. First and foremost we want to keep our clients informed on all aspects of their transaction. To this end we use the latest Internet based transaction management platform.
